Nurturing care in the early years of life has a profound, lasting impact on an individual, the community, and countries at large. However, inclusive and equitable access to nurturing care remains limited for many vulnerable children. The 2025 Asia-Pacific Regional Conference on Early Childhood Development aims to highlight the critical role of local governments in delivering inclusive, high-quality early childhood development.
